I know the feeling well. Professionally, this past year has been a high point. I’ve grown, I’ve pushed, I’ve achieved things I set out to do. But when I turn the spotlight to my physical health — my own baseline for strength, endurance, and well-being — the picture is different. Flat at best. Declining at times.
